Terms for using RoadKeep.
Effective August 3, 2026. These practical terms should receive legal review before commercial release.
License and acceptable use
RoadKeep grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the app for lawful RV recordkeeping and trip organization. You may not reverse engineer, resell, abuse, or interfere with the app.
Free and Pro access
Limited access and Pro feature availability are described in the app. Apple bills purchases. Annual Pro renews automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for accurate records, backups, inspection decisions, and following manufacturer requirements. RoadKeep does not inspect your RV and does not guarantee mechanical condition, roadworthiness, safety, or regulatory compliance.
Intellectual property
RoadKeep, its design, code, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party Apple services remain subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
RoadKeep is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. The individual developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from missed maintenance, inaccurate user entries, device failure, or reliance on the app as professional advice. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and termination
Access may be suspended for misuse. These terms may change for legal, security, or product reasons, with an updated effective date.
Governing law and contact
The governing jurisdiction and public support contact require confirmation by the individual developer before App Store submission.
