Help with RoadKeep.

Use the steps below for the most common setup and purchase questions.

Restore a purchase

  1. Open RoadKeep.
  2. Open More, then Account & Pro.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple ID used for purchase.

Manage an annual subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, choose Subscriptions, then select RoadKeep.

Delete local data

Open RoadKeep → More → Data → Delete All Local Data. This cannot be undone.

Notifications

Open iPhone Settings → Notifications → RoadKeep and confirm notifications are allowed. RoadKeep only schedules reminders you configure.

Document import

Document tools require RoadKeep Pro. The simulator cannot scan with a camera; use image or PDF import instead.

Support contact pending.

A public support email must be supplied before App Store submission. No address has been invented or published.
